My professional life has been committed to the education and care of children and adults. Over 35 years I have been an Educator, Director, Trainer Assessor, Resource and Development Manager and a text book writer.

Qualifications & experience
With experience in teaching and supporting adults, my pedagogy draws on a range of approaches, each adapted to the individuals, groups and teams I work with. I hold a strong belief that individuals and groups enjoy sharing active learning experiences and remember this learning into the future. |
Bee-carers

Since 2019 I have become familiar with traditional langstroth hives, Flow hives and horizontal hives.
My bee-caring approach means that my strategies are flexible to each colony and the goals of their own bee-carers - those with one, two or three hives. It is important to me that a bee-carer expands their interests past honey making so gaining a sense of exploration, relaxation and wonder. In line with this, I provide access to a Varroa Controller. This chemical free varroa management method uses heat as a mechanical control. See more on my Varroa Controller service page or information in my links page. |
