An organisation works best when individuals recognise the strengths of others and are interested in how these compliment their own roles.
This active learning session draws on theories relating to team roles and human needs and links to the concepts of ‘belonging, being and becoming’ which is part of a learning and development framework.
Embedded into the day, participants are able to come into an apiary and share a unique experience while using some of the concepts delivered in the session.
Due to honey bee seasonal requirements, this program runs August to April. If you would like to arrange this experience without hands on bee contact, this can be organised.
