This session introduces methods for creating a harmonious team. To take in the needs of all team members, both individually and as a group.

The concepts of ‘belonging, being and becoming’, a part of a learning and development framework, form the basis team success.

Despite the level, responsibilities or vision of the individual team member, these simple ideals demonstrate value for all.

Concepts included in this session include:

• investigations into what makes an inclusive work environment
• how each team member can be celebrated for their contribution
  
• grounding and rewarding individuals
  
• when and how to include learning
  
• how bee colonies do these things and how they benefit from this.

This may include a Bee Experience.
